Light stockfence
Light stockfence is a knotted wire fence of which the height of the mesh increases depending on the height of the wire fence (see illustration), making it extremely suitable for small cattle.
The stockfence is made from heavy galvanized wires (zinc layer at least 240 g/m2).
The horizontal wires are provided with shrinkage, this promotes resistance of the wire.
The distance between the horizontal wires varies (small mesh below, large mesh above).
The distance between the vertical wires is 15 cm.
The top and bottom horizontal wires have a diameter of 2.45 mm, all other wires have a diameter of 1.9 mm.
The tensile strength of the horizontal wires is at least 700 N/mm2, the vertical wires have a tensile strength between 440 and 540 N/mm2.
Type 80/8/15 means: a height of 80 cm, 8 horizontal wires, 15 cm distance between the vertical wires
