Warranty conditions

We have clear warranty terms and conditions for all our products, depending on the product category. Below you will find an overview of what is and is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty per category

  • Garden: Legal warranty of 2 years.
  • Pro: Extended warranty of 3 years.
  • Design: Premium warranty of 5 years.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty only covers defects that are the result of errors in production or in the materials used. Within the warranty period, we will replace the material free of charge, provided that the warranty conditions have been met. Working hours, installation and other additional costs are not covered by the warranty.

  1. Manufacturing defects
    Defects that arise during the production process, as a result of which the product does not function as intended.
  2. Material or construction defects
    Damage or defects resulting from defective or inferior materials, or errors in construction or assembly.
  3. Non-functioning parts due to normal use
    If a part no longer functions properly during normal and careful use within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced.
  4. Long-term technical defects or wear and tear on Design products
    For our Design line, we offer an extra long warranty on structural parts and technical components.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty expires in the following cases or does not cover the following situations:

  1. Damage due to improper or incorrect use
    Use of the product in a manner other than that for which it is intended, for example overloading or incorrect assembly.
  2. Wear and tear due to abnormal or intensive use
    For example, excessive loading, professional use of a consumer product, or continuous exposure to unsuitable conditions.
  3. Discoloration due to sunlight or weather influences
    Discoloration, calcification or weathering of materials that naturally occur due to exposure to UV light, rain, wind or other weather influences are not covered by the warranty, unless stated otherwise.
  4. Water damage or damage due to insufficient maintenance
    Products that have been stored damp or have not been maintained sufficiently (for example, not treated, covered or cleaned in time) are not covered by the warranty.
  5. Modifications or repairs made by third parties
    Any modification or attempted repair that has not been carried out by us or an authorised service partner will invalidate the warranty.
  6. Damage due to falling, impact or transport after delivery
    Damage caused by incorrect handling after receipt, such as falling, impact, incorrect transport or incorrect installation, is not covered by the warranty.
  7. Gradual wear and tear or performance reduction are not covered by this warranty.
