Giardino garden gates are welded from galvanized steel. This thick zinc layer (180-250 g/m²) provides initial rust protection. The material is then zinc-phosphated and then double-coated with an epoxy resin. This epoxy resin layer has a thickness of 54 µm. This provides the gates with optimal protection against rust formation.
